Sunshine Pediatric Partners has created a NEW Follow My Health Patient Portal which will allow you to gain access to the online services offered by our practice. All information is completely confidential and maintained on a secure system.
If you would like to create a proxy login to access your child’s health information online, you must first call our office and have our staff send an invitation to your e-mail address.
Next, you will receive two emails. One welcoming you to the portal. One condirming your connection with our organization.
After you have activated the proxy account for your child you now have 24/7 secure online access to our patient portal and your child's medical informtion! You may log in at any time and begin using our online services by clicking here!
