At Sunshine Pediatric Partners we are devoted to providing you with high quality pediatric care in a warm and caring environment. It is our pleasure to provide comprehensive pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents.
All of our staff at Sunshine Pediatric Partners maintain the highest levels of accreditation and pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in pediatrics. We have Registered Nurses on staff to assist you with any questions and guide you through the infant and childhood years. We utilize Medical Assistants to assist you in the exam room and perform immunizations. Our billing staff has years of knowledge and will be happy to answer any questions that may arise regarding your insurance coverage.

Practice Manager
Julie has been in Saginaw her entire life! She has been married 36 years this Mother’s Day and has two sons, a daughter in law and two PERFECT grandchildren!
Julie is our wonderful Practice Manager who has been working with Dr. Pacquing for a couple years now and has been in the medical field for 20 years. She strives to make sure we exceed all your expectations! You will often find her out of her office assisting wherever help is needed, from greeting patients and reps, checking you in or out for your child’s appointment, verifying insurances, to referrals and scheduling of future appointments.
In her spare time Julie enjoys spending time with her family, knitting, reading, sewing, baking, traveling and photography. She would love to one day cruise the Rhine River but when asked what her goals would be beyond this position, she simply said, “this is a tough question, I am happy where I am!”
A Fun Fact about Julie, prior to working in a medical office, Julie worked in retail and had actually won awards for Guest Service Excellence…a perfect match for Sunshine Pediatrics we think!
